Tailored for those who might not otherwise be provided the opportunity, Activated Mentoring opens to the door to real life experiences for those who might otherwise find them closed.
Our clients work with Mentors across a broad array of roles, with plenty of opportunity to get involved in the greater operations of the Cafe.
This can include visits to the supermarket, cooking and baking, serving customers, cash handling, learning the valuable skill of Barista - or can be as simple as chatting about their week and/or their goals over a muffin and a milkshake.
Activated Mentoring sessions are provided with no out-of-pocket expense as they are fully funded across a number of different line items of your NDIS plan.
And with the number of Activated Cafes growing across Adelaide Metro and SA Regions, there is nothing stopping you embarking on this rewarding growth-based journey with us!
Across the last 6 months, Matt has been demonstrating his dedication to his art - Latte Art!
Every week he's working as part of the team, refining his techniques and honing his customer service talents.
More than just creating delightful brews, he's building warm connections with our cherished regulars.
His 'ferns' are evolving beautifully and our customers line up for Matty's coffees, enjoying a chat and a chuckle as they start their day.
A true coffee artist in the making!
